We are currently looking for a Early Intervention Specialist to join our team!
Our Children's Therapeutic Services program at Easterseals utilizes each child’s natural curiosity to create the experiences that enhance growth and development in partnership with their families and caregivers. The person in this key role will work with a team of pediatric therapists providing early intervention services to children from birth to school age. Responsibilities will include conducting in-depth assessments and evaluations, developing and implementing plans-of care, writing daily and quarterly progress reports, providing service coordination, and participating as a member of IFSP and IEP teams. Therapy is provided in home and clinic settings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services (or related field) with 1 year of experience in a Family Center Early Supports & Services (FCESS) Program OR
- Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (related field) with 2 years’ experience in a FCESS Program.
- Two (2) years’ experience working with infants and toddlers, five (5) years preferred
- Currently holding EIS certification through completion of the EIS portfolio & approval by the state of NH
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Hours: This is a Full-Time, Benefit Eligible, 40 hour per week position
Compensation: Starting at $23.00 per hour, based on experience & qualifications.
