What You'll Do
- Design and execute dynamic recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source and engage candidates through social media, databases, and networking
- Lead interviews using cutting-edge selection tools and techniques
- Assess talent by evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Be a partner to hiring managers, providing insights and support
- Champion our culture by promoting Eastern Industrial Supplies as a top employer
- Drive special projects like HR Analytics & Compensation Analysis
- Proven experience as a Full-Cycle Recruiter or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) & resume databases
- A natural ability to connect with people and build relationships
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Passion for social media recruiting and innovative sourcing methods
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Preferred experience in wholesale industry recruitment
- HR or recruitment certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) would be ideal
