Job Overview
Eastern Iowa Pet Resort is seeking a dependable, motivated individual to take on a dual role as a Receptionist and Assistant Manager. This role starts with responsibility for our front desk operations—scheduling, client communication, vaccine records, and general organization—and includes expectations to grow into a leadership position overseeing parts of our daycare, boarding, and grooming operations.
You'll be responsible for scheduling, managing vaccination records, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting coordination across departments when needed.
A cover letter is strongly encouraged. We want to hear why you believe you’ll make a big impact at Eastern Iowa Pet Resort. Please email your resume and cover letter to EasternIowaPetResort@gmail.com.
If you have a solid customer service background and are ready to take the next step into a leadership role, this may be the position for you.
