Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Autism Support Teacher at the Secondary Campus in New Holland, PA. The Autism Support Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, providing support to students with autism, fostering communication skills, and collaborating with staff and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Communication and Teaching skills
- Curriculum Development and Education background
- Experience in Early Childhood Education is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Patient and understanding demeanor when working with students with autism
- Certification in Special Education or relevant field
