Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing HR-related concerns
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and issues in a fair and timely manner
- Promote a positive workplace culture
- Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and development plans.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and design or source relevant training programs.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Benefits and Compensation:
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Conduct compensation analysis to ensure competitive salary structures.
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and issues.
- Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to improve turnover rates.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices.
- Propose and implement improvements to HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of human resources management and 10 years of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
