Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Management Expert to join our team at the Eastern Research Group (ERG) office in Indian Head, Maryland. As a Data Management Expert, you will be responsible for managing client data assets, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve data quality and accessibility.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop database solutions to enhance data management workflows and improve data access.
- Analyze and optimize existing data management processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop customized SharePoint solutions.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular audits and implementing quality control measures.
- Create and maintain documentation for data management processes and workflows.
- Provide training to end-users on proper data management practices.
- Deliver assistance and guidance to end-users as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in data management, preferably with web-based data management tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, and Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per year, based on location and experience.
