Functions
Instructor Developer 2 is responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of the Training Documentation for the OPC Program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Regular attendance at work and the ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Supports the development and submittal of Factory Training (FACT) for USCG approval.
- Supports the development and submittal of Familiarization Training (FAMT) for USCG approval.
- Satisfy all Training delivery as defined by the Contract.
- Collaborate with the Training Team to ensure training needs and Contract requirements are met.
- Support Human System Integration (HSI) and Human Factors Engineering (HFE) efforts.
- Conduct internal departmental training sessions and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
- Interface with Training Management to ensure training needs are understood.
- Perform other duties as instructed.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has informal supervisory responsibilities.
Reporting Relationship
This position will report to the Training Manager.
Job RequirementsQualificationsEducation / Experience :
High School Education / GED Equivalent
Damage Control Training Team, Engineering Casualty Training Team, ASSIST Team, Standardization Team, Maintenance Augmentation Team, Naval Engineering Support Unit
Skills & Certifications :
Intermediate level Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
