Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative leader to serve as our Vice President of Institutional Strategy. This is a key position that requires a strong understanding of higher education, business operations, and strategic planning.
- This role oversees various administrative and support operations, including facilities services, environmental health and safety, food services, IT, and university police, ensuring the smooth functioning of the University.
- The ideal candidate will have a background as a CFO and be willing to oversee those duties.
- Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with the leadership team, campus community, community agencies, builders, and contractors.
Responsibilities:
The Vice President of Institutional Strategy will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering comprehensive policies, programs, and procedures necessary to monitor and maintain the financial stability of the University in compliance with local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies.
This position will also be involved in the receipt of, or accountability for, university funds or other items of value, as well as the unsupervised access with the developmentally disabled, vulnerable adults or children under the age of 16.
