Machine Operators/Welders/CNC Machinist/Press Brake Operators

We are looking for experienced Machine Operators/Welders, CNC Machinists, and Press Brake Operators in Northport, AL.

These positions will be in a manufacturing setting, working with steel production.

Machine Operator/Welder

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding (certification highly preferred)
• Experience working with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and precision measurement tools
• Forklift certification
• Valid driver's license
• Crane certification a plus

CNC Machinist

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience operating CNC mills and lathes in a manufacturing, production, or metal fabrication setting
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and the ability to perform inspections on finished products
• Previous crane and forklift experience preferred (certifications/licenses a plus!)
• Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor machin issues
• Ability to perform basic cleaning, routine maintenance, and lubrication on CNC machine(s)

Press Brake Operator

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and the ability to perform inspections on finished products
• Ability to set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal plates and sheets
• Knowledge of proper tooling, dies, and machinery settings for each bending operation
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press brake machines
• Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools
• Previous crane and forklift expereince preferred (certifications/licenses a plus!)
