At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we're looking for a compassionate and dedicated full-time Team Lead to join our Intensive In-Home (IIH) team. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you’ll work together to provide a comprehensive range of services that support and empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives.

What You’ll Do :
As a Team Lead , you will :
- Provide therapy involving children, their families, and extended family members, creating a flexible schedule to accommodate school hours and family needs, while ensuring active engagement.
- Lead a dynamic team of two professionals, working collaboratively to offer exceptional services.
- Participate in the crisis response rotation with your team, handling approximately one call per week for a one-week duration.
- Serve the communities of Surry, Stokes, and Yadkin counties, with strategic caseload assignments for each county.
