Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the financial stewardship of Eastland Memorial Hospital. The CFO develops and implements strategic financial plans, ensures regulatory compliance, oversees financial reporting and budgeting, and supports the long-term fiscal sustainability of the hospital. The CFO is also responsible for effective oversight and participation in programs such as the Texas Medicaid Quality Incentive Payment Program (QIPP) and other state/federal reimbursement initiatives.

Education & Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of senior-level financial leadership, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Prior experience with rural hospitals, Critical Access Hospital (CAH) requirements, Medicare, Medicaid and Texas Medicaid programs is highly desirable.
