Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in South Easton, MA for a Human Resources Coordinator. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for managing HR activities, handling benefits administration, fostering employee relations, implementing HR policies, and maintaining HR management systems. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding and offboarding employees, maintaining employee records, facilitating training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. We have bought seven companies in eight months. We are in the process of integration and creating synergies. Thus a background in M&A is a plus
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Skills in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Experience in a corporate HR environment is a plus
- ADP experience preferred
- NetSuite experience a preferred
- M&A experience preferred
- Strong coordination and systems comfortability..
- Strong excel and powerpoint skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
