About The Team You Will Be Joining
You’ll be joining a small team of two exceptional HR professionals - Vice President of Human Resources with extensive experience in healthcare and the Head of Talent Acquisition, who share a passion for inclusive work cultures and positive employee experiences.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the executive management team as well as senior partnership practitioners. Because we are small and just exiting start-up mode, you will be expected to take on many different responsibilities while “rolling up your sleeves” and performing foundational tasks. About the HR Coordinator
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department's day-to-day operations. This position is responsible for data entry, managing the onboarding process for new hires, and maintaining the accuracy of our CRM system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a passion for people and process improvement.
During a typical week or month, you will:
- Accurately input and update employee information in HR systems and databases.
- Maintain and organize personnel related data (payroll, leaves, licenses and health file) ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries from HR systems as needed.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- Schedule and conduct new hire orientations, ensuring all new employees are properly introduced to company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns during the onboarding process.
- Maintain, update and ensure data integrity candidate information in the company's CRM system.
- Assist in tracking candidate interactions, interviews, and other recruitment-related activities within the CRM.
- Conduct audits to ensure all HR programs and systems are successful and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, coordinating interviews, and managing HR communications.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events as required.
- Support the HR team in various projects and tasks as needed.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM systems (experience with Hubspot is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in HR or a related administrative role.
- Basic understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment law.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS).
