OCES supports elders and adults with disabilities by providing vital information and coordination of services that promote healthy and safe lives for our consumers.
To support that goal, we are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to assist with the administrative function of the Human Resources department.
What you will do :
Provide administrative assistance to the HR department
Assist with the recruiting and onboarding processes
Complete background screening processes
Provide coverage to the HR Team as needed
What you will bring :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
High School diploma or equivalent; Degree preferred.
Bilingual preferred.
