We are seeking a Client Experience Associate for a company in the community association management industry. This role is responsible for handling customer service requests, telephone coverage, and administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer service requests (phone, email, chat) in a timely manner.
- Perform administrative duties as requested by Community Association Team Members.
- Initiate service requests, following established procedures and entering data into CCaaS and HOA management software.
- Follow up on assigned interactions to ensure resolution.
- Assist in executing compliance letters and preparing annual mailings.
- Transcribe and type documents and letters as needed.
- Manage keys, gate openers, parking permits, and clubhouse rental applications.
- Update and generate association and management reports.
- Suggest updates to knowledge content for process improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to and from community locations.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and consistently meet expectations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Education & Experience
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
