Major Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes to manufacture precision machine parts
- Collaborate as a team player, assisting teammates with various tasks as needed
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement
- Follow production schedules to meet customer requirements
- Maintain documentation in compliance with ISO9001:2015 & AS9100 standards
- Utilize calipers, micrometers, and precision tools to ensure parts meet drawing specifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist with set up experience
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
- Must have personal basic measuring tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Physically capable of lifting 30 pounds
