Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a CNC Machinist for our client in Poway, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a vertically integrated company specializing in high-quality plastic materials.
- Location: Poway, CA
- Pay: $25–$30/hour Overtime Opportunities
- Shifts Available: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC machines with precision and efficiency
- Work with plastic materials in a clean, organized environment
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measurement tools
- Maintain safety standards and collaborate with team members
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of machining experience, including set-up and milling
- Familiarity with FANUC controls; Fadal experience is a plus
- Strong computer and math skills for precise machining
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
