We are seeking an experienced and flexible Senior Mill / Turn Operator to join our team. The Mill / Turn machines are modern, CNC-controlled turning centers purchased recently, offering advanced automation and precision.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain CNC Mill / Turn machines to produce high-quality components.
- Set up Mill / Turn machines, ensuring accurate calibration and alignment.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
- Systematically inspect parts in process to assure consistent quality; make adjustments accordingly.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
- Mentor and guide junior machinists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
