An established aerospace manufacturing company is seeking skilled CNC Turn & Mill Machinists to join our precision machining team. This is a great opportunity to work with state-of-the-art Mori-Seiki and Doosan machines to produce tight-tolerance components critical to aerospace applications.

What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and mill/lathe combination machines (Mori-Seiki & Doosan)
- Perform complete part setups using engineering blueprints and work instructions
- Interpret and work from complex technical drawings and GD&T specifications
- Monitor machining operations and make real-time adjustments to ensure quality
- Inspect finished parts using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Perform basic machine maintenance and assist in troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and internal safety procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation for production and quality assurance
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of CNC turning and/or milling experience (Aerospace preferred)
- Proven ability to complete full setups and operate Mori-Seiki and/or Doosan equipment
- Proficiency in interpreting complex blueprints and technical documentation
- Solid knowledge of cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining parameters
- Experience with tight-tolerance parts and AS9100 quality standards (a plus)
- Ability to work independently and produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training or certifications are a plus
