What You’ll Do:
Demand Generation
- Design and execute scalable multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Continuously test and optimize campaign performance across all platforms
- Enhance conversion using automation tools for lead scoring and nurturing
Brand & Positioning
- Elevate brand awareness and differentiation through targeted messaging and campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer and prospect interactions
- Drive thought leadership with strategic PR and social media efforts
Digital Marketing & SEO
- Own the digital marketing strategy across web, email, social, and paid media
- Lead SEO to increase search visibility and organic traffic
- Optimize website UX for lead generation and engagement
Sales Enablement & Lead Generation
- Collaborate with sales teams to create tools and campaigns that accelerate the pipeline
- Launch account-based marketing (ABM) programs for key accounts
- Align marketing and sales goals through cross-functional planning
Marketing Automation & Analytics
- Leverage marketing automation platforms to scale and optimize campaigns
- Track KPIs and report on marketing ROI and campaign success
- Manage marketing budget to maximize results efficiently
What You’ll Tackle:
First 30 Days
- Onboard and develop strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Gain deep understanding of the company’s offerings and competitive positioning
- Define key metrics and set up performance reporting processes
First 90 Days
- Launch your first full marketing campaign
- Build a foundational content library to support the sales funnel
- Deploy nurture sequences aligned with the buyer journey
- Begin reporting on performance KPIs
First 6 Months
- Present a detailed marketing performance and opportunity assessment
- Evaluate external partners and suggest strategic improvements
- Develop a robust marketing roadmap for the upcoming fiscal year
- Implement a dynamic marketing calendar and internal review process
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5 - 7 years of B2B marketing experience, especially in demand generation and digital marketing
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Zoho preferred)
- Track record of delivering measurable revenue growth through marketing initiatives
- Data-driven decision-maker with a passion for metrics and optimization
- Excellent communicator with leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
