Join our team to play a pivotal role in enhancing our members' experiences and promoting our values of excellence and community.Key Responsibilities : - Oversee and manage the customer service team to ensure exceptional service delivery.- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance member satisfaction.- Monitor and evaluate service quality through feedback, surveys, and direct communication with members.- Train and mentor staff to improve service standards and resolve member inquiries and complaints effectively.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and address any operational challenges.Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 1 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a hospitality or country club environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.- Proven leadership abilities to motivate and develop a diverse team.- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.Company Description Located in Chatham, Massachusetts on Pleasant Bay, our 18 hole, par 71 links style golf course offers Members and their guests breathtaking vistas and challenging play.Our recently renovated Clubhouse offers our Members and their guests a beautiful "Cape Cod Elegant" location for both fine and casual dining, as well as a spectacular venue for hosting Member sponsored Catered Affairs.Eastward Ho! cultivates a family environment to encourage congeniality and recreation amongst our Members of all ages.
