About the Role
We’re looking for Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) to join our compliance operations team. This is a fully remote role supporting our distribution partners with application submissions, technical troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
Our department operates Monday–Saturday, 9 am – 11 pm EST. Candidates must have schedule flexibility during these times, including evenings and weekends.
What You’ll Do
· Provide real-time phone support for customers and distribution partners.
· Troubleshoot and resolve support inquiries and escalations efficiently.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company processes and compliance requirements.
· Meet key performance metrics (KPIs) for service quality and productivity.
· Identify and report compliance issues or suspicious activity.
· Adapt to changing schedules and business needs.
· Handle additional tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
· BILINGUAL - Fluency in English and Spanish
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· 2 years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred).
· Previous remote work experience is required.
· Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and the Google Suite.
· Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
· Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation and benefits:
· Fully remote position
· Full-time and part-time available
· All equipment provided
· Monthly stipend for expenses between $50-$75
