- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to understand organizational goals and develop strategies related to staffing, retention, and overall workforce management.
- Policy & Program Management: Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, training initiatives, and surveys to support organizational compliance and enhance employee engagement.
- Benefits & Leave Oversight: Manage and ensure the smooth administration of employee benefits and leave programs.
- Compensation Strategy: Oversee compensation strategies and utilize market data to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, managing employee concerns and grievances, fostering positive relationships, and maintaining a healthy work environment.
- Disciplinary Actions & Investigations: Lead and manage all disciplinary matters, disputes, and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- HR Department Leadership: Supervise the daily workflow of the HR department, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Compliance Management: Ensure full adherence to employment laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination policies, workplace safety, and labor laws.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze market and industry data to identify trends and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- ESOP Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), ensuring participant eligibility, contribution calculations, compliance with ERISA regulations, and accurate recordkeeping.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in senior-level HR roles with a focus on HR strategy, employee relations, and compliance.
