Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the organization’s talent acquisition strategy.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from defining job descriptions to managing the offer process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Work with the HR Director to identify future hiring needs.
- Screen and interview potential candidates.
- Use job boards, social networks, and other platforms to source potential candidates.
- Build a candidate pipeline by identifying new sourcing methods.
- Maintain a network of potential candidates.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve the hiring process.
- Manage an efficient onboarding process to ensure new hires have a successful integration into the company.
- Participate in job fairs and career events.
