SAP Organizational Structure and S/4HANA Configuration Manager (US Cit to pass Security Clearance)

We are seeking to hire a SAP Organizational Structure and S/4HANA Configuration Manager to join our team working on a new multi-year award we have within a Federal Gov t Agency located in Kansas City.

This role is hybrid, but primarily remote. There is potential to be onsite at the main office located in Kansas City (up to 50% during key milestones, up to 25% for rest of time). Initial visit to main site for 1 day is required for badging, before beginning work remotely. Candidates local to Kansas City area are highly preferred, as travel expenses to go onsite are not billable to the program. Local candidates will more easily be able to accommodate going into the office, as necessary.

Being a US Cit is REQUIRED and being clearable for a Public Trust level clearance is also required.

An option for working on an hourly rate is also available for those not needing a full benefits package.

Role Description:

The SAP Organizational Structure and S/4HANA Configuration Manager is responsible for the analysis and configuration of SAP system to meet Business process design and application requirements related to initial configuration of foundational structures in a S/4 environment to include: organizational structure, chart of accounts, business partners, cost centers, fund centers.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading efforts to gather client's Business process requirements
• Developing detailed configuration rationales and designs, as well as building system configuration
• Implementing detailed Business process functional solutions to meet client's requirements
• Developing test strategies and managing large complex test efforts
• Creating associated documentation such as RICEFW objects, test models, scripts, etc.
• Maintaining, enhancing and/or configuring SAP processes including those that interface with other applications
• Facilitate interaction with technical and functional counterparts to ensure that solutions meet all functional requirements
• Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning is a plus
• Managing a team, including mentoring and training junior team members

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of SAP ECC, S4 HANA and SAP FI/CO Functional experience
• Team lead experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Federal government experience

SAP S/4 experience

Relevant SAP certifications
