About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Director of Sales and Marketing Strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead and manage a team of experienced sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure exceptional results.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to improve team results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and drive overall success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven history of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in technology solutions and products.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
