Job Overview

Eccalon, LLC is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive the growth of our company. As the Director of Sales, you will lead and manage a high-performing sales team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead and manage a team of experienced sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure exceptional results.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Eccalon's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and drive overall success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven history of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in technology solutions and products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
