Position Title : Systems Engineer

working onsite in Odessa, TX
The Systems Engineer will provide technical guidance to personnel and deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving. The ideal candidate will help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing moderately complex issues, ensuring adherence to procedures, and providing solutions based on experience and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical advice and support personnel, ensuring the accurate application of technical solutions.
- Offer excellent customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and follow-through to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Recognize and address deviations from standard practices, ensuring issues are escalated when necessary.
- Perform tasks independently within established policies and procedures, with some guidance on new or more complex assignments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex technical issues with some assistance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless technical solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain an understanding of roles, processes, and procedures within the organization.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to defined workflows and deadlines.
- Continually expand knowledge of technical skills and certifications to stay up-to-date with industry standards.
