Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in developing, executing, and managing marketing initiatives across various platforms to engage our audience, increase brand awareness, and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Develop and design eye-catching and engaging social media posts using Canva and other tools.
- Write clear, compelling copy for social posts, emails, and campaigns.
- Social Media Management:
- Schedule, post, and manage content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to foster positive engagement with followers.
- Analyze social media trends and audience behaviors to optimize posting strategies.
- Campaign Management:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital ads, email newsletters, promotions, etc.).
- Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Engagement and Community Management:
- Actively interact with the online community, responding to comments, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and brand partners.
- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all content and materials align with brand guidelines and voice.
- Data and Insights:
- Analyze metrics and generate reports to improve marketing strategies.
- Monitor and recommend improvements to increase engagement and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Canva (or similar design tools) and scheduling platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and engagement strategies.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting metrics and data.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
