Job Summary
The Member Advocate will assist in carrying out the mission and goals of the Echelon Insurance Group by
providing high-quality support, information, and enrollment for our client’s employees. All persons of every race,

Responsibilities
Proactively contacts members during their new hire on-boarding period to educate and enroll them in their
employer sponsored benefits.
Serves as the primary ongoing point of contact for members through multi-channel pathways, providing
world-class customer service and support with an emphasis on advocacy, information, referrals, and resources
as appropriate, with a special emphasis on providing “supportive advocacy.”
Accurately obtains and records member’s dependent demographic information to correctly enroll them in
eligible coverage.
Understands and communicates different coverage options and how those options often work together for a
complete benefit coverage.
Coordinates with various human resource specialist across our client footprint as employees gain or lose
eligibility.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
At least a high school graduate.
One year or more of insurance industry experience. An insurance license is not required but is welcomed.
Two years or more of customer service experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
