Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist Specialist to join our interdisciplinary team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with patients, conduct evaluations, and establish individualized goals for each patient. You will also be responsible for documenting treatment plans and adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as personal computer skills and proficiency in Windows-based programs. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet search capabilities is also desired.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Hold a graduate degree from an accredited program of Physical Therapy
- Be licensed in Physical Therapy in Connecticut
- Have access to reliable transportation for traveling between multiple work sites
