What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veteran Program Coordinator position at ECHO Housing Corporation?
The Program Coordinator will oversee the day to day operation of the Homeless Veteran Reintegration Program (HVRP) and the associated direct services. Responsibilities include:
1) Supervise and provide direction and support to two HVRP Navigators.
2) Assist with direct services as needed and oversee service delivery, case management and goal planning process related to each participant.
3) Conduct ongoing program evaluation and provide daily program progress reports to EHC Assistant Director.
4) Structure outreach activities and goals and provide measurable directives to Veteran Navigators.
5) Engage in ongoing conflict resolution, problem solving and life-skill development with program participants.
6) Provide on-site employment-focused counseling to participants. Increase community awareness of HVRP program.
7) Advocate for Veteran access to resources, services and employers.
8) Engage in ongoing professional development directed at continually increasing practice competency.
9) Collaborate with EHC Assistant Director to ensure that all performance objectives are met.
10) Develop and sustain all partnerships stated in the grant.
11) Fulfill reporting requirements related to the grant.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,125.00 per year
