Job Responsibilities:
Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
Utilize various computer systems to take premium payments, update and make changes to policies, and service renewals.
Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals.
Shop renewals based on client updates and plans and current market conditions.
Requirements:
Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
Preferred candidate will have a background in insurance or be willing to learn the industry.
Showcases advanced technical and cognitive capabilities to ensure precision and accuracy in tasks.
Assess and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, ensuring that critical client needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Candidate must be proficient in typing and basic computer software knowledge. This includes being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Agency Management System (AMS360) is a BONUS.
Act as a dedicated team player, fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues in delivering excellent service to clients.
