What are the responsibilities and job description for the Division Order Analyst position at Eckard Enterprises, LLC?
Job Summary
Eckard Land & Acquisition, LLC is seeking candidates for the role of Division Order Analyst. The primary focus of this position will be on the revenue side of our internal Division Orders. The Division Order Analyst will need to be multi-task and detail oriented to manage a large volume of internal Division Order pay decks and be able to fully integrate as a critical point on our Division Order team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Establish and maintain internal revenue decks
-Research and identify decimals sent by operators to confirm ownership
-Create internal pay decks including a large number of owners
-Track and update suspense accounts for revenue
-Coordinate with other members of our Land group to rectify ownership
-Fully integrate as to our internal pay codes and how we handle the transfers of interest
-Assist management with special projects as needed
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Minimum of 5 years Division Order experience with a focus on revenue accounting
-Applicant must be in the greater Dallas area or will to relocate as this is an in-house position
-Landman experience is a plus
-The applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office required, with emphasis on Excel and Word.
-Interpersonal and communication skills
-Attention to detail and strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
-Must be a team player
