Responsibilities and Duties
- Recruit participants for the program and seek employment and educational opportunities as they complete it.
- Deliver skills training in software applications, work readiness skills, and basic remedial skills in math and reading.
- Connect with employers and community organizations to market and enrich the program and its success.
The Career Coach is the primary point of contact with participants and others in their circle of influence, meeting regulatory requirements for eligibility, participation, case notes, and follow-up services.
