Eckert Seamans, a national AmLaw 200 firm, seeks a motivated Associate to join our Financial Services Litigation practice in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will bring knowledge and experience with representing financial institutions and mortgage servicers in real property matters.
Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates will have four (4) to six (6) years of financial services litigation experience
- Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar are required
- Deposition and oral argument experience
- Court experience is necessary
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and enthusiastic work attitude
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability and desire to manage a variety of active matters independently, and work well as a member of a team
