The Role:

As we expand our footprint in the US market, we are looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager, US to join our global marketing team. This role will report to the Global Marketing Director (based in the US) and will collaborate closely with our UK marketing team to bring new products to market and drive customer growth in the US through impactful marketing programs.

As the Marketing Manager, US, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing plans tailored to the US market. You will leverage your expertise in demand generation, content marketing, sales enablement, and event marketing to deliver measurable results. We are looking for a proactive team player who can confidently lead projects, sees them through to execution, and always looks for creative ways to improve our marketing efforts.

Key Functional Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with the company’s global objectives and drive growth in the US market.

· Lead content marketing efforts, including developing a content marketing plan and content calendar and overseeing the management of external contractors.

· Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns, spanning across social media, email marketing, paid media, and more, to drive qualified inbound leads and new business opportunities.

· Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, key competitors, and new opportunities for growth and expansion.

· Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop content including blog posts, case studies, social posts, webinars, and more to support marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.

· Partner with the sales team to create resources and tools that enhance their efforts and align with customer needs, including sales brochures, case studies, competitor comparisons, and more.

· Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, trade shows, and webinars to build brand visibility and engagement.

· Work closely with the UK marketing team and external contractors to align marketing strategies and share best practices.

· Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize marketing strategies based on insights.

Person Profile & Behavioral essentials:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or related field or comparable experience.

· 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or technology, with 1 year of management experience.

· Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on demand generation, content marketing, sales enablement, and event marketing.

· Strong copywriting and communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging and persuasive content.

· Strong understanding of content marketing and how to map content to the buyer journey.

· Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.

· A growth mindset with a desire for continuous learning and development.

Desired skills and qualifications:

· Proficient in marketing and business technologies such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Office, and other digital platforms.

· Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

· Ability to build relationships across functions and levels.

· Experience collaborating across international teams is a plus.
