We are currently seeking a Gaming Operations Manager to work within our product team to support the business with in-depth analysis related to game activity, user behavior, retention, and monetization. This role has a strong influence on the business as it is key to the execution of the product strategy. The role will influence products and the product roadmap. Additionally, you will be responsible for deploying product and supporting the strategy by working collaboratively with multiple teams across the business to plan, configure and place Eclipse products in Casinos across the United States.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with the Chief Product Officer and Product Management to maintain and grow revenue by performance management of the gaming footprint by ensuring performance in existing casinos and entry into new casinos across the Class II markets we serve.
- Determine market requirements by region to ensure Eclipse products are meeting the needs and trends of the relevant market.
- In line with the product roadmap, implement the delivery of best-in-class products to tribal casinos that meet and exceed targeted floor performance.
- Based on field data, work with game development to determine product features, configurations, and math models to attract and engage players.
- Recommend product installation and conversion strategies, as well as banking strategies to enhance performance.
- Continuously monitor performance data to derive trends and conclusions that inform future decision making.
- Deliver monthly reports on product performance by region, game theme, casino etc.
- Continuously stay on track with the latest gaming trends and thoroughly understand the competitive landscape.
- Management of a team in delivering on the responsibilities.
Required Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in math or analytics related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5-7 Years Work Experience in gaming or a similar role.
- Experience leading a team of analysts.
- Ability to work with others in a highly collaborative manner with other teams across the business.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with game configuration, game features, math models etc.
- Working with Stage Gate and Agile development processes.
- Experience and deep knowledge of Class II Slot gaming.
Salary : $74,600 - $94,500
