Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to build rapport, overcome objections, and successfully schedule service and maintenance appointments for homeowners.
- Handle outbound and inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service for customers.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes and service quality.
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance.
- One (1) years of experience in an outbound call center, sales, or customer service role with required experience in outbound calling for residential HVAC services
- Ability to confidently explain the importance of HVAC maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades to potential customers.
- Ability to work daily at our Seattle office location.
- Availability to work from 11 AM to 7 PM on a consistent daily basis.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- HVAC, electrical or plumbing knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience using ServiceTitan is highly desirable but not required.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug test.
