Position Overview: We seek a dynamic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our marketing department. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various marketing functions. This is a paid internship.
Responsibilities
As a writer and marketing intern, you will be involved in the following activities:
- Writing: Research and write content for ecoCFO’s website and blog to engage with our audience. The ability to research and write about technical subjects is required. Example topics include Financial Modeling for a Series A Round, Does My Clean Tech Startup Company Need a Financial Audit? and Treasury Management Advice for VC-backed Startup CEOs,
- Branded Content: Assist in creating and managing branded content to promote ecoCFO’s mission and services.
- Marketing: Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Website Management and Analytics: Participate in website management, including content updates and performance analytics.
- Event Marketing: Attend events at Greentown Labs and other venues with the team to help represent the company.
Essential Skills:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Basic understanding of website management and analytics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Passion for sustainability and climate technology.
Additional Information: This is a paid internship. The role can be remote or in our Portsmouth, NH, office. The selected candidate must reside and work remotely from one of the following North East states: Maine (ME), Vermont (VT), New Hampshire (NH), and Massachusetts (MA), New York (NY).
