Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to implement B2B marketing initiatives and streamline marketing and sales operations. The ideal candidate has prior experience in marketing, sales or a related field, is highly organized, takes initiative, and thinks creatively. Candidates should be local to the greater Lexington-Georgetown, KY area. Candidates from the greater Cincinnati area will also be considered. This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Create content, promotions, and educational materials tailored to B2B customers.
- Manage marketing automation tools to streamline and optimize campaigns.
- Coordinate content creation for webinars, blogs, websites, and social media.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and present insights to the team.
- Support B2B initiatives by managing product listings and promotions across websites and partner platforms.
- Write compelling copy for newsletters, advertisements, and web content.
- Ensure sample shipments and shipments to key customers include the necessary sales collateral and marketing materials. Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Support Customer Service Team as needed by responding to or routing customer inquiries and processing or routing B2B and DTC customer orders.
- Assist with organizing events and trade shows.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and Shopify preferred.
- Strong copywriting skills with an ability to tailor content to different audiences.
- A passion for health and wellness; familiarity with supplements is a plus.
- Background in sales or experience supporting sales teams is a bonus.
