ECS is seeking talented and driven professionals to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). In this role, you will serve as a Conference/Event Planner to ARPA-H—enabling the agency to manage and provide oversight to advanced R&D efforts; help shape future R&D concepts, programs, and solutions; integrate and advance our nation's healthcare ecosystem processes, policies, and enabling technologies; and enable the agency to expand its healthcare and scientific scope into yet unknown areas. As a Conference/Event Planner, you will provide support to R&D performer teams, Government Program Managers, and stakeholders across the health innovation ecosystem.
What you will do:
- Provide event planning to the office
- Collaborate effectively within a diverse team:
- Build strong relationships with scientists, engineers, and other advisors involved in the program.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and problem-solving exercises to drive the program forward.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $110,000
General Description of Benefits
Requirements:- EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Conference or Event Planning
- Experience with large event planning, special event planning support and execution, to include but not limited to technical conferences, strategic off-site events, executive meetings, technology demonstrations and showcase events. Demonstrated experience managing day-today planning and execution for all assigned projects, including planning schedules, logistics, agenda preparation and event production.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for healthcare and scientific discovery.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required per contract.
