Job Summary:
The Director of Operations will oversee and optimize all operational aspects of the company’s photography and videography services. With a focus on ensuring consistent quality across all media products, this role will drive efficiency, profitability, and team performance. The Director will be instrumental in refining processes, implementing new technologies, and positioning the company for continued growth.
Candidate must be located in Duval or Nassau Counties, FL or Camden County, GA. No relocation assistance provided. This is a work from home role that will also be on the road in the above and surrounding counties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic operational improvements to enhance service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Serve as the company’s primary photographer for high-end listings, luxury homes and VIP clients.
- Oversee the photography, videography and editing teams, ensuring seamless coordination and service delivery.
- Establish and refine processes for scaling videography while maintaining high production standards.
- Implement quality control measures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure brand consistency.
- Drive adoption of new technology, software, and workflow automation to streamline operations.
- Develop and build client rapport, manage client communications, provide exceptional customer service, address any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and promote a positive environment.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring strong leadership across the company.
- Collaborate with the owner to explore opportunities for geographic expansion and new service offerings.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
- Build strong vendor relationships for equipment, software, and post-production services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5 years of experience in an operations leadership role, preferably in a media, photography, or service-based business. Customer service experience is a must.
· Photography and Videography experience is preferred. FAA Certified Drone Pilot a plus.
- Proven ability to implement systems and processes that drive efficiency and profitability.
- Strategic mindset with expertise in financial management and business growth initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with real estate media trends and video production workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills: The ability to identify problems, evaluate options, and implement solutions.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
