Ed Morse Tampa Cadillac is currently looking for an Customer Experience Manager to join our team.
The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering product knowledge training to our sales team and ensuring our customers have a complete understanding of their vehicles. This role will focus on explaining vehicle specifications, features, and benefits to both employees and customers, ensuring confidence and satisfaction in every purchase. While prior automotive knowledge—particularly in Cadillac and GM Motors—is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Serve as the dealership’s in-house product knowledge expert, specializing in Cadillac and GM vehicles.
- Facilitate lease turn in and the assist customer through the grounding process.
Conduct ongoing training sessions for sales staff, ensuring they are well-versed in vehicle specifications, features, and competitive advantages.
Assist customers in understanding vehicle features, technology, and performance capabilities to enhance their ownership experience.
Provide live demonstrations of vehicle features, including infotainment systems, safety technologies, and performance specifications.
Stay up to date on new vehicle models, changes, and updates from Cadillac and GM Motors.
Develop training materials, guides, and presentations to ensure consistent and comprehensive education for staff.
Act as a point of contact for sales representatives needing additional product knowledge support.
Collaborate with sales managers to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
Assist in customer deliveries by ensuring buyers have a full understanding of their vehicle’s features before leaving the dealership.
Support dealership events and promotions by providing product demonstrations and expert insights.
Qualifications
Prior experience in automotive sales, customer experience, or training roles is a plus but not required.
Strong interest in and ability to learn detailed automotive product knowledge.
Passion for delivering excellent customer service and fostering a positive dealership experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex vehicle features in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Comfortable speaking in front of groups and conducting training sessions.
Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and management.
- Must have valid driving license with clean driving record.
- Must successfully pass background and drug screen.
