Boutique law firm seeks an experienced, Administrative Assistant for fast-paced education law practice.
Job duties include:
- Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for executives or teams to avoid conflicts.
- Communication Management: Answering phone calls, directing inquiries, managing email correspondence, and drafting letters and memos.
- Document Management: Preparing and distributing documents and proofreading materials.
- Office Administration: Maintaining filing systems, ordering office supplies, managing inventory, coordinating office maintenance.
- Data Entry: Entering and updating information into databases and spreadsheets.
- Reception Duties: Greeting visitors, directing them to appropriate personnel, answering multi-line phone system.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
