Senior Controls Engineer

Our cutting-edge designs have revolutionized the pumping industry, and we’re seeking a talented and experienced Senior Controls Engineer to help us continue pushing boundaries.

Position Summary: We are looking for a Senior Controls Engineer to lead and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated control systems for our industrial pumping equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems (hardware/software), industrial controls, and communication protocols, as well as experience with PLCs and other industrial automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, programming, and testing of control systems for industrial pumping equipment.
• Develop embedded systems hardware and software for advanced control solutions.
• Implement and troubleshoot CANBUS protocols and other industrial communication standards.
• Design and program PLC-based control systems and HMIs.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of control systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.
• Support manufacturing, testing, and field deployment activities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in control systems engineering, with a focus on embedded systems and industrial automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in embedded systems and industrial automation, such as C, C , and ladder logic.
• Hands-on experience with CANBUS protocols and other communication standards (MODBUS, Ethernet/IP, etc.).
• Expertise in PLC programming and HMI development.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel design.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex control systems and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with advanced industrial control platforms and software.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to industrial control systems.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial equipment environment.
