As an Enterprise Service Desk Intern on the Enterprise IT team, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support.
We are looking for someone who has excellent verbal and written communications skills to help us provide phone, chat, and hands-on support to our employees. If you are resourceful, self-motivated with a confirmed sense of ownership in areas of responsibility, this may be the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities :
- Assisting with the administration of internal software tools (e.g., Okta, JIRA, O365, Intune MDM, etc.)
- Delving into mobile device management in our platform-agnostic environment (Windows, Mac, IOS, Android)
- Installing, configuring, and supervising computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and network
- Track assets, inventory, and warranties and coordinate authorized repair or replacement.
