- Develop and implement employee training and development programs
- Provide coaching and career development opportunities to employees
- Identify high-performing employees and develop retention strategies
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management
- Measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make recommendations for improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Talent Manager or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of talent management strategies and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management
Preferred qualifications::
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Certification in talent management or related area
