We are seeking an experienced Addiction Recovery Support Staff to join our team at Eden Recovery, a 6-bed drug and alcohol treatment center. The ideal candidate will have active certifications in RADT/RAC/SUDRC/EMT/CADC and CPR.

Requirements
* Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
* Active certifications in RADT/RAC/SUDRC/EMT/CADC and CPR
* Consent to randomized drug testing
* Upbeat and likeable personality with effective interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with relevant recovery literature and principles
* Knowledge of software programs for Windows PC and iPhone, particularly in Kipu, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and timekeeping phone apps

- Fostering positive relationships and maintaining effective communication with team members, residents, and visitors.
- Providing guidance, support, and positive role modeling to residents while monitoring behavior according to program guidelines.
- Facilitating two groups per shift and documenting them accurately in Kipu.
- Documenting all significant interactions in Kipu with each client.
- Providing safe transportation for scheduled appointments and activities, intervening in crisis situations when necessary.
- Assisting with meal preparation, laundry, and bed changes upon discharge of residents, ensuring assigned chores are completed.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
