Duties

  • Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Participate in business development initiatives to expand the client base and increase revenue.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong skills in warm calling, communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire for professional growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
